Presentation by Office of Civil Defense (OCD)-Region V Regional Director Claudio Yucot on the damages sustained by the Bicol Region after the onslaught of Super Typhoon Rolly

Consultation with the Region V offices of the OCD, Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Department of Education (DepEd), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and National Irrigation Administration (NIA), as well as with the Budget and Management Bureau (BMB)-E of the DBM Central Office, to assess the damages caused by Super Typhoon Rolly including post-disaster needs for the purpose of identifying possible sources of funds for the rehabilitation of Bicol Region
