HB 7961 – Protecting the mental health of K-12 students during the COVID-19 pandemic through scholastic leniency for the school year 2020-2021 (Rep. Manuel Zubiri)

HBs 3442 & 5207 – Requiring all public elementary and secondary schools to prepare and implement a land use development and infrastructure plan for the optimum utilization of resources in addressing basic education facility shortages (Deputy Speaker Vilma Santos-Recto and Rep. Alfred Vargas)

HB 1744 – Providing for compulsory disclosure of fire safety standards and measures in campus buildings (Rep. Luis Raymund ‘LRay’ Villafuerte Jr.)

• Consideration of the recommendation to table the following bills (Laws have already been enacted covering the objectives of these bills):

HB 756 – Strengthening the National Museum of the Philippines, repealing for the purpose RA 8492, otherwise known as the National Museum Act of 1998, and appropriating funds therefor (Rep. Rozzano Rufino Biazon)

HB 5138 – Granting public elementary school students free admission to all public museums and national historical shrines and landmarks (Rep. Florencio Noel)

HB 2424 – Recognizing the observance of November 17 of every year as the International Studentsꞌ Day (Rep. Carlos Isagani Zarate)

HB 5839 – Institutionalizing good manners and right conduct and character education in the basic education curriculum (Rep. Eric Go Yap)

HB 6386 – Institutionalizing the alternative learning system (ALS) in basic education for out-of-school youth, adults, and children in special extreme cases and appropriating funds therefor (Rep. Teodorico Haresco Jr.)

HB 6473 – Creating and establishing the Philippine High School for Sports and providing funds therefor (Deputy Speaker Camille Villar)

HB 6872 - Amending Section 3 of RA 7797, or the law lengthening the school calendar from 200 days to not more than 220 class days [to enable the implementation of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases' (IATF-EID) recommendation and the President's pronouncement deferring the school opening and to urge the Department of Education to develop and implement alternative modes of learning] (Rep.
