Technical Working Group meeting on: HBs 319 & 8455 – Increasing the penalty for large-scale agricultural smuggling, amending for the purpose RA 10845, otherwise known as the Anti-Agricultural Smuggling Act of 2016 (Reps. Eric Go Yap and Ralph Wendel Tulfo) HBs 3596, 7202 & 8104 – Amending certain provisions of RA 10845 (by declaring large-scale agricultural smuggling, profiteering, hoarding, cartel, and other acts of market abuses as economic sabotage, among others ) (Reps. Joey Sarte Salceda, Julienne ‘Jam’ Baronda, and Johnny Ty Pimentel) HB 5742 – Rationalizing existing penal laws against large scale agricultural smuggling, amending certain provisions of RA 10845 (Rep. Wilbert Lee) HBs 6975, 8781 & 8809 – Strengthening anti-agricultural smuggling measures, amending for the purpose RA 10845 (Reps.
