Speaker Feliciano Belmonte, Jr. inducts into office the new officers of the Federation of Senior Citizens' Association of the Philippines, Inc. (FSCAP) led by National President Ramon H. Carlota, Jr. and Executive Vice President Bienvenido B. Gahi in ceremonies held at the Ciudad Christhia Resort in San Mateo, Rizal on February 27. The Speaker lauded the spirit of activism of the country's senior citizens, in consonance with its mission to create a "Society for all ages where Senior Citizens are empowered to achieve active ageing." Other FSCAP officers for 2013-2014 include Vice Presidents Oscar Ricaflanca (Luzon), Teresa Montubig (Visayas) who is also Treasurer and Alfonso Goking (Mindanao). Also shown are Secretary General Romeo Allam, Auditor Pedrito Acosta, Sr., and Rogelio Puig as P.R.O. Members of the Board of Trustees include immediate past President Jorge Banal, Sr., Eliseo Lachica, Linda David, Francisco Fajutagana, Cesar Mina, Priscila Daligdig and Raul Robillos. All past presidents are members of the Board of Advisers.
