Tiu (2013 National Secretary General); Christine P. Garcia (2013 National Treasurer) and other JCI officers from Metro Manila. The JCI is a worldwide membership-based non-profit organization of young active citizens ages 18 to 40 dedicated to creating positive change. Members seek targeted solutions to local problems to create a sustainable global impact, through projects in more than 5,000 communities across more than 115 countries.
