Speaker Feliciano Belmonte, Jr. warmly receives Hon. Hirohiko Nakamura, Member of the House of Councilors, National Diet of Japan, during the latter's courtesy call on the Speaker at the House of Representatives, Batasan complex in Quezon city, during which they exchange notes on ways to further and strengthen bilateral and regional cooperation through parliamentary exchanges between the two nations. Hon. Nakamura is currently a Director of the Committee on Health, Welfare and Labour and the Committee on Fundamental National Policies Special Committee on Official Development Assistance and related matters.
