Philippine House of Representatives Speaker Feliciano Belmonte, Jr., and his counterpart, Speaker Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Pandikar Amin Mulia of the House of Representatives of Malaysia, had a meeting of minds in terms of parliamentary cooperation in promoting regional and bilateral relations in the ASEAN. Speaker Belmonte received the Malaysian Speaker who headed a nine-member delegation during a luncheon tendered by Speaker Belmonte in the presence of senior members of the House of Representatives.
