The Thai envoy and the Speaker, together with Rep. Victor Ortega (left) and Rep. Maria Zenaida Angping (right), Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, of the Committee on Inter-Parliamentary Relations and Diplomacy had a positive brief exchange of notes and consultation on ways to strengthen and widen the various bilateral cooperations to ensure peace and development in the region.
