CONGRESS POLL
The recent recall of millions of defective cars sold in the United States and other countries by one of the world's leading manufacturers has raised alarm bells all over the globe. To protect buyers of brand new vehicles from possibly dangerous car defects, the House approved last year the proposed "Lemon Law of 2008" (or HB 5115) strengthening the warranty of the manufacturer and its responsibilities to buyers in case of car defects. HB 5115 is now pending in the Senate. Would you appeal to the Senate that the proposed "Lemon Law" be passed and enacted for the benefit of Filipino consumers?

Yes, consumers deserve peace of mind
No
I am undecided
