How can I download copies of Republic Acts, House Bills, Resolutions and Journals?
Legislative materials are available electronically via the Download Center and can be accessed using Acrobat Reader. However, not all text of Bills, Resolutions and Republic Acts are available for download yet. We apologize that we cannot accommodate requests for documents that are not found in the Download Center.
How can I access the profile of House Members in the present Congress particularly email addresses and contact numbers?
House Members' profile and contact information are available in the Member's web page. We do not provide a listing of email addresses of House Members. But if a Member has a public e-mail address, you can still contact him or her through a form directly on the Member's page. Selecting a House Member (or House Committee) from the Contact Information will lead you to their web page.
How can I access the bills authored/co-authored by House Members?
Bills can be searched by authorship. Likewise, lists of bills and resolutions authored and co-authored by each House Member are available in the Member's web page.
Do you have lists of House Members from the previous Congresses?
Lists of House Members from the 7th to 14th Congresses are available via the Archives@Download Center.
How can I get a list of committee membership of House Members?
Committees membership information are available in the Member's web page and the House Committee's web page.
