II. On the development of an environmental and climate emergency action plan based on HR 1377 adopted by the House of Representatives on 25 November 2020 as HR 123:

• Presentation on the features of HR 1377 – Declaring a climate and environmental emergency and calling for the mobilization of government agencies and instrumentalities and local government units towards the effective implementation of environmental, climate change adaptation and mitigation, and disaster risk reduction and management laws (Rep. • Briefing by the Cabinet Cluster on Climate Change Adaptation, Mitigation and Disaster Risk Reduction, chaired by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the CCC, on the Environmental and Climate Emergency Action Plan in light of the public health emergency and the recent natural disasters
