HB 7998 – Converting the Eastern Visayas State University-Dulag Satellite Campus in the Municipality of Dulag, Province of Leyte into a regular campus of the Eastern Visayas State University to be known as the Eastern Visayas State University - Dulag Campus and appropriating funds therefor (Rep.
