HR 1822 – Condemning the dastardly act of misusing and retaining the allowances intended for the use of the Philippine National Police-Special Action Force (PNP-SAF) personnel which deprives them of their rightful benefits and directing the Committee to look into this anomaly and address the problem, as well as, prevent the same from recurring (Rep.
