b) Committee Case No. SC-11-2018 – Swon complaint-affidavit filed by ACTS – Overseas Filipino Workers Coalition Organizations (ACTS-OFW) against Rep. Bertiz for alleged party treason, usurpation of authority, misrepresentation, putting in bad light the good name of the party, multiple libelous acts, graft and corrupt practices act, gross dishonesty, abuse of authority, and conduct unbecoming of a public official under RA 6713

c) Committee Case No. SC-12-2018 – Sinumpaang Salaysay filed by Sheila Relox Mabunga against Rep. Bertiz for alleged involvement in illegal recruitment and human trafficking being the owner and CEO of a recruitment agency named Global Asia Alliance Consultants Inc.

d) Committee Case No. SC-13-2018 – Complaint filed by Emmanuel Villanueva against Rep. Bertiz for alleged disorderly behavior

e) Committee Case No. SC-15-2019 – Sworn complaint-affidavit filed by Jose Navio against Rep. Horacio Suansing of the 2nd District, Sultan Kudarat for alleged serious unethical practice
