HR 181 – Investigation into the alleged bad faith by the PAL management in its on-going Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations with the Flight Attendants' and Stewards' Association of the Philippines (FASAP), the flag carrier's discrimination against its female flight attendants, its reported non-compliance with the prevailing minimum wage, its failure to observe certain labor standards and the reported violations it committed under the existing PAL-FASAP collective bargaining agreement (Rep.
