Legislative materials are available electronically via the Download Center and can be accessed using Acrobat Reader. However, not all text of Bills, Resolutions and Republic Acts are available for download yet. We apologize that we cannot accommodate requests for documents that are not found in the Download Center.
House Members' profile and contact information are available in the Member's web page. Curriculum Vitae of House Members are available electronically via the Download Center. We do not provide a listing of email addresses of House Members. But if a Member has a public e-mail address, you can still contact him or her through a form directly on the Member's page. Selecting a House Member (or House Committee) from the Contact Information will lead you to their web page.
The House of Representatives web site does not currently provide a listing of vacancies. If you are interested in employment opportunities at the House of Representatives, visit the Human Resource and Management Service at the Basement, South Wing Building, HOR Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Visit the Jobs@HOR for further announcements.
Bills can be searched by authorship. Likewise, lists of bills and resolutions authored and co-authored by each House Member are available in the Member's web page.
Lists of House Members from the 7th to 12th Congresses are available via the Archives@Download Center.
Committees membership information are available in the Member's web page and the House Committee's web page.
